This sign up sheet is for the morning shift only. If you would like to sign up for the full day, please submit this form first, then click here to fill out the form for the evening shift as well.

There are a total of 16 slots available for each shift. The forms will close when we have enough people signed up.

Details for the day of the event

Thank you so much for joining in on the fun! Here's what you need to know about the day.

Weather cancellation

Conditions have to be just right for planting. We'll be forced to cancel in the event of rain on the day of, or if the ground is too wet to rototill in preceding days. We'll text and email you if so!

Use the gravel farm entrance and park behind the solar panels at the end of the driveway, then meet us in the big red barn.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your shift so we can greet you and get everyone started at the same time!

Attire and gear

We will be working outdoors in full sun. Please bring:

• Closed-toe shoes

• Lightweight gardening gloves

• Layered clothing that can get dirty

• Wide brimmed hat

• Sunscreen

• Sunglasses

Food and drink

Please bring your favorite water bottle (we'll have plenty of water on hand to refill). If you are staying all day, please bring a lunch or plan to stop at a local eatery.

Mid-day break

If you're staying for both shifts, we will not be working from 1-3pm! This gives us and our staff time to catch up and rest. You're free to hang out or explore the area. If you leave, please make sure you're back in time for the afternoon shift.

Taking home your swag!

Your tubers will be prepacked and ready to go at the end of your shift - just grab your box from the barn and you're all set!
