Total shipping cost for fall shipped orders is $18: $13 (standard shipping) + $5 (fall shipping upgrade).
If you have already placed an order for spring delivery and paid $13 for shipping, but you've decided you would rather your order ship in the fall, please purchase this item to bring your total shipping charge to $18.
If you are putting together your first order with us and you would like fall shipping, DON'T purchase this item - just select "Fall Shipping" at checkout, which will charge $18 up front.
Any orders you place with us prior to fall shipment cut-off date will be combined and shipped expedited with a heat pack.
Fall shipments will be delivered between November 18th and December 10th, 2025
Our target is to have all fall-shipped orders on their way by November 28th, but please be prepared to accept shipment during the full window. You will receive tracking info when you order ships.
Our guarantee for fall-shipped tubers
We will of course replace any tuber that was not viable upon arrival, either through our mistake or through frost exposure.
However, you must contact us within three days of receipt of your package, as confirmed by package tracking! We cannot replace any tubers that are damaged as a result of exposure after successful delivery, or as a result of failure to immediately store after arrival.
After your receipt of healthy tubers we cannot issue any refunds, replacements or credits for any reason for Fall shipped orders. You are responsible for the safe overwintering and subsequent care of your order.
Adding fall shipment to an existing order(s)
If you've already bought tubers, you can simply place another order with the shipping uprade by itself and we will send your tubers in the Fall via expedited shipping with a heat pack. Please be sure to use exactly the same information at checkout (name, email address, and shipping address) as in your original order.

A note on spring shipment
If you do not specifically purchase this shipping upgrade from our shop, your order(s) will be shipped in the spring as normal.
Shop will be restocked before Fall shipment begins
Nearly everything in our shop will be restocked at least two days before we begin Fall shipments, so please subscribe to our newsletter for the notification about the restock so you have a chance to get everything you want in your early box!
