Escape to our Tuscan-style flower farm to master the art of traditional pasta making!
 
Learn to knead and shape traditional dough from scratch, mastering fun shapes like Farfalle (butterflies), Orecchiette (little ears), and Ravioli, which you'll take home with you to prepare for your family.
 
After our time together in the kitchen, we'll take a tour of our sprawling dahlia fields, then transition to the outdoor deck overlooking the farm.
 
Beneath the golden glow of the afternoon sun or evening sunset, you’ll unwind with a selection of Italian wine, bread and cheese, all while soaking in a breathtaking view of the flower fields and the rolling hills of Kittatinny Valley. Your experience will be topped off with a beginner lesson in the beautiful Italian language.

This is a rain or shine event
In the event of rain you'll be dry indoors, but consider bringing boots and an umbrella for the walk from your car indoors, or if you want to explore our flower fields!
