Get out your favorite sundress and join us this September for a sunset supper enjoyed in the surreal ambiance of 10,000 dahlias in bloom!
This event is a partnership between us and the community. We provide the one-of-a-kind venue; you provide your own catering. Bring your own lawn chairs and folding table, or just roll out a picnic blanket on the paths in the flower fields, and enjoy your own delicious spread at your leisure.
BYOB welcome, but please be respectful as this is a family event.
Please note - kids under 5 are free! But all other attendees will need to purchase a ticket.
Relax and enjoy the view or stroll the flower fields, take lots of photos, and enjoy the magic of thousands of dahlias in their full glory. Don't forget to take advantage of our outdoor dance hall as the night goes on.
To keep this event an intimate affair, we will be offering only sixty tickets. Our farm is truly a magical place. Come make some memories!

Just tell us your name as the party head when you arrive and we'll check you in. Easy!
Tickets are non-refundable.
If you find you cannot make it on your chosen date, please let us know and you can choose a different date, or find another flower lover who will be happy to take your ticket(s) off your hands. Thank you!
Guest Guide
We’re so excited you’ve decided to join us for Picnic in the Dahlias this summer! We are one-of-a-kind venue on a working farm, so here are a few brief instructions to make your visit thoroughly enjoyable.
Parking
We have two driveways: one asphalt, one gravel. Take the gravel entrance and follow it behind the solar panels, where you will find plenty of parking in a mulched area.
Check-in
You will see the event fields as you drive in. Please check-in immediately after parking. Then you are free to set up your spot, dine and explore the fields!
Photos are welcome
Ticket holders are welcome and encouraged to take lots of photos.
This is not a U-pick event
Soak in the dreamy ambiance, but please do not harvest flowers from the fields or vegetables from our community gardeners' plots. If you would like to purchase a fresh bouquet to take home we always have some on hand!
No pets, please
Thank you for leaving your pets at home for this event.
Changes to reservations
We’re happy to change your reservation dates to another date. Please let us know two weeks in advance!
RAIN DATES
In the event of rain, we will reschedule to another date or offer store credit, your choice.

We ship premium single division tubers that are fully guaranteed to grow and be true to name. We promise we will send you tubers that are viable and healthy.
However, gardening is an investment with inherent risk, and we cannot issue replacements, credit or refunds for plants that have failed for reasons we have no control over.
