Your ticket includes:
Entry to the dahlia fields at your reserved check in time.
Tutorial on proper dahlia harvesting technique
Access to the rest of the farm to explore and enjoy
 
Then, cut as many stems as you like and pay at the gate.

Bring your own container
You can bring whatever you like. Vases, buckets, glasses. Stem length is capped at 15".
 
Bring your own snips (if you have them)
We will sanitize them with bleach at the gate. If you don't have snips, don't worry, we'll provide!
 
Check in times on Monday, October 12th
Every 15 minutes from 10am-1pm
Every 15 minutes from 3pm-6pm

Entry times are staggered just so we can welcome and train new arrivals all together, but you don't need to leave when the next group comes. You can hang out, enjoy the farm, and harvest at your leisure.
 
All guests must purchase a ticket. Kids under 12 are free!
Even if your guests are not cutting flowers, they are required to purchase an entry ticket. Kids under 12 are free!
 
No pets, please.
We love pets, but for everyone's sake, please leave yours at home.

Getting here and parking
Please use the gravel farm entrance, not the paved driveway with the mailbox. Follow the farm road and park behind the solar panels, then meet us at the garden gate.
 
Mind the bees
Flowers attract bees! If you are allergic, please be aware that harvesting flowers involves disturbing bees at their work, which carries a very small risk of being stung.
 
No professional photography, please
Please see our photography page or contact Linda@sunsetviewfarm.com if you would like to book time for professional photoshoots in our fields.
 
Please respect instructions
When you arrive, we'll train you on how to safely cut the appropriate length stems. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave if anyone in your party is cutting the plants too deep (which will kill the plant or damage root development) or otherwise causing undue damage. Thank you for your co-operation!

Just tell us your name as the party head when you arrive and we'll check you in. Easy!
 
Tickets are non-refundable.
If you find you cannot make it on your chosen date, please find another person who will be happy to take your ticket(s) off your hands. Thank you!
 
*This event is RAIN OR SHINE
A walk through our fields in the rain is a magical experience. In the event of lightning, high wind, or other unsafe conditions, we will cancel the event and offer store credit you can use for another unforgettable experience at our farm. We cannot offer refunds for cancellations due to inclement weather.
 
*Cancellation due to frost
We may get a frost before our last U-Pick date. In that case, we WILL refund tickets!
